No “100 mph down a brand new road” for me right now- tonight it’s 40 mph down I-94:..
Slip sliden away thru the curvy streets of saint paul, 1 missed stoplight, 1 donut, and 5 gas stations later we finally find an air machine that works
Now, with a half filled spare, which is itself half the size of the regular tires anyway, we begin the search for air…
And so the story continues…a quick run to the nearest gas station for a can of fix-a-flat. Works…kinda, sorta…
We tried filling the flat spare with a bicycle air pump…yeeeaaahhh. That didn’t work so much…
…drove backwards a few feet and got the jack out…then realized that the emerg spare tire was also flat…super.
So…got the spare tire on…it is quite a bit smaller than the other tires, so not a lot of thought was given to the car now being too low to get the jack out…
Good thing there is an emergency spare tire in this jeep…not so good that the jack and tire iron are missing…
